Alcohol Detox
Safe, Private, and Medically Managed Withdrawal at Home
Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous and, in some cases, life-threatening without medical supervision. For clients who cannot or choose not to enter a facility, Concierge Care Collective provides discreet, in-home alcohol detox with 24-hour nursing care and physician oversight.
Our goal is to ensure safety, minimize discomfort, and create a calm, controlled environment for the first stage of recovery. Every protocol is tailored to the client’s medical history, current health status, and specific needs.
What We Provide
Licensed Nursing Care
Registered nurses remain with the client throughout the detox period, providing direct care, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the supervising physician.
Physician Oversight
A physician approves and oversees the detox protocol, adjusting medications as needed to manage withdrawal symptoms and ensure safety.
Symptom Management
We use evidence-based interventions to manage anxiety, insomnia, tremors, and other withdrawal-related discomforts.
Safety Monitoring
Continuous observation allows us to respond quickly to medical complications, emotional distress, or behavioral escalation.
Transition Planning
When detox is complete, we coordinate the next steps in care, such as psychiatric stabilization, companion support, or outpatient therapy.
Why In-Home Alcohol Detox
- Entering a treatment facility is not possible or preferred
- There are privacy concerns or public visibility risks
- The client refuses inpatient care but is willing to receive support at home
- Travel to and from a detox center poses health or safety risks
- They want a seamless transition into ongoing recovery services without the disruption of hospitalization
